- Get out! We are all cramped inside more hours than we'd like. We spend our days in offices, cubicles, and classrooms, and only get to daydream about being outside. Well, why not schedule in some outdoor time? Take a quick walk or take a mental health day to enjoy the sunshine and budding plants.
- Bring the outdoors in. Plants and flowers in your work/living space may help to reduce your stress and could make you a tiny bit happier. Plus they're pretty to look at and smell nice, so that's a bonus!
